Packaging Design

Introduction 

- This task I will make a glass jar packaging for Jeruk Pak Ali and I will design outer box for the jar. Why I choose Jeruk Pak Ali as my packaging is because the old packaging do not have interesting and unusual packaging.

- This task I will make 3 things; design a sticker for jar, design a box for the jar and last design a outer box for the packaging. The outer box I will use perspex. The reason why I use Perspex beacause it will see the design inside and look more nice. The box for the jar I will use paper and got design on it.

•The company also is the only native that produces pickled factory

•Green comercially.

•There are over 30 types of pickled, wet and 50 Pickled cleaning

•Those who will eat Jeruk Madu Pak Ali will not cough and sore throat

•Using the Apple Cider vinegar (good for health and beauty)

Weakness

•Have packaging that is not interesting and common

•Difficult to find anywhere else other than in Penang

•Must compete with many competitors in the market 

Opportunities

•Penetrate international markets when sold in Ireland and Brunei in addition to

•Start getting most of West Asia.

•Grabbed sales hit $ 10 million a year.   

Threat

•Jeruk Pak Latif

•Pickled Pak Latif Enterprise produces 11 types of pickled nutmeg fruit, namely, amra,                                                                    kelubi, papaya, macang, jambu, chestnut, kedondong includes three types of plums                  which are making the water, making the sala and making eggs.

•Pickled fruit produced chairs only clean but guaranteed halal. Our products can now found not only in Penang but Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah, Perak, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.

•Nasir Jeruk

•Jeruk Nasir is brand Food consisting of Pickled, Pickled fruits. Jeruk Nasir is a Brand of Islam that is run by the company Jeruk Nasir based in Penang. Company Jeruk Nasir owned by by Muslims.

Problem Statement

•The problem statement of Jeruk Pak Ali is the packaging. The packaging is so simple and not interesting to attract customer

•The color of plastic packaging that they use also the same color although they have different of pickled that they sale. 

Literature Review

1. Glass Jar

The reason why I choose this glass jar is because I want the packaging look elegant and

unique. More than that, I want to attract the customer if they see the packaging they will like

and they want to buy. Besides that, I want to change the old packaging that they use plastic

packaging to the glass jar. It is look more modern and nice.
